I’m all You Can Think About by They Might Be Giants from the album The Spine Surfs Alone
Last year, while compiling my Halloween playlist, I decided to tweet TMBG for advice on which one of their songs would be most fitting for Halloween. Surprisingly John F. actually tweeted me back and mentioned their album of B sides The Spine Surfs Alone, which I didn’t own. Good album and I ended up using most of the songs on it for my playlist.
Happy Halloween!

Come Alive (War of the Roses) by Janelle Monae from the album The ArchAndroid

Sally’s Song by Fiona Apple from The Nightmare Before Christmas
There is also a version of this song out there sung by Amy Lee, but I prefer Fiona’s interpretation.

Dexter’s End Credit by Daniel Licht
I used Dexter’s End Credit for a Halloween game last year (guess the scary movie/tv show theme) and liked it so much I kept the creepy music on my phone for future post-Halloween listening.

Down in a Rabbit Hole by Bright Eyes from the album Digital Ash In A Digital Urn

Monster by L7 from the album Bricks are Heavy (1992)
It’s been awhile since I’ve updated my Teen Years Playlist, so I decided I’d make one for Halloween just in case anyone was wondering what would be in rotation during this years party.
