Michael Gary Scott as the Doctor’s worst/best ever companion
I’ve reblogged this b4, but it is seriously the best thing I’ve seen on tumblr. Plus I wish Doctor Who would actually do something like this, because you can only take a young and attractive female companion along in the TARDIS for so many seasons before it just gets repetitive.
The cybermen are now part of a “cyberiad” – a collective existence rather more like the Borg than the cybermen ever seemed to be before. (source)
Okay, I knew I wasn’t crazy when I started seeing all the Doctor Who gifs on my dash (stopped watching the show last year, but a lot of you still do apparently) and was instantly reminded of when Picard was taken by the Borg.
The Lady and Her Doctor, written by an author with the last name Piper
I refuse to believe this isn’t a Doctor Who reference.
From the Goodreads synopsis:
Dr Milton Krop yearns to escape from his dull medical practice to a life of glamour and travel. So he marries Sloane Folsom, a wealthy blue-blooded woman. He and she come from different universes — and murder is in the air.
Let’s look at this, people, Dr. KROP wants to travel and meets a woman from a different universe?
This seems less like an image from a sci fi show and more like the nosy couple from a sitcom who spies on their unlucky in love neighbor.
“Oh no. She’s not bringing him home is she?”
